I specialize in UX practices including information architecture, content strategy, metadata development, and structured content design in the service of developing compelling digital products. I’ve worked with brands including Google, Verizon Wireless, AARP, TD Ameritrade, and Unilever. I’ve developed innovative approaches to automating content discovery and prototyping. And I’ve also helped develop others, leading internship programs for the next generation of digital practitioners. Sometimes, I write things, too.
